Who carries out the installation?
Our experienced in-house team and long-term contractors carry out all installations. We don’t outsource to unknown third parties.
How long does installation take?
Most installations are completed within 1–3 days, depending on the size of the home and number of windows.
What are your lead times?
Our lead time's are generally around 4-6 weeks. We do everything we can to accommodate your needs and time our installation to meet your needs.
Do you replace seals and hardware?
Yes. All aluminium opening windows come with new seals, latches, and friction stays where required.
What happens to my old glass?
We remove and responsibly dispose of the old glass as part of the service.
Do I need to move out during installation?
No. You can remain in your home during the installation.
Will there be a lot of mess?
No. Our installers work carefully and clean up as they go. Most customers are surprised by how tidy and efficient the process is.
