1990s Aluminium Retrofit with High-Performance Double Glazing
Upgrading original single glazing with high-performance double-glazed units while refining the layout for a cleaner, more modern finish.

Cost-Effective Modernisation
The original single-glazed sliding doors were upgraded with high-performance double glazing and redesigned by removing unnecessary vision rails and mullions. This created a cleaner, more open look while improving insulation and overall performance. The result is a more contemporary finish with enhanced comfort and functionality.
New Opening Window Installation
New opening sashes were manufactured and installed with updated latches, friction stays, and new seals to ensure smooth operation and improved performance. This provided a consistent, upgraded finish throughout the space.
Timber Front Door Retrofit
The original single-glazed timber front door was carefully retrofitted with a double-glazed unit, preserving its character while significantly improving insulation and comfort. This allowed the home to maintain its original aesthetic while benefiting from modern performance standards.
