Deglazed, removed and disposed of existing single glazed panes.

Machine rebate and prime paint existing timber sashes and frames.

Supply and install 63 new HIGH PERFORMANCE LOW-E double glazed units.

Laminate glass included for greater noise reduction.

Fit extra weights into double-hung sashes to balance increase of weight from double glazed units.

Supply and install 341 timber colonial squares to match existing glazing.

Supply and install timber draft system and timber beading with air flow and drainage system.

Single glass is cut out and replaced with HIGH PERFORMANCE LOW-E double glazed units.
Double-hung sashes can be re weighted to function as an opening window or fixed shut where an opening window is no longer wanted.
Colonial squares fitted to new double glazed windows to match existing glazing.
